If my insurance plan covers Chiropractic is payment guaranteed?

 

WellOne Chiropractic bills insurance providers we are in network with as a service to you. We cannot guarantee payment. It is recommended you verify coverage for services with your insurance provider, as coverage varies based on insurance plan. It is the patient's responsibility to confirm coverage/obtain pre approval with insurance provider prior to visit. Patient is responsible for any balance not covered by insurance.

Are all WellOne Chiropractic services covered by insurance?

Some services provided are not eligible for insurance reimbursement. These services include but are not limited to Functional Testing (GI-MAP testing, DUTCH testing, etc.).  Functional Nutrition and/or functional medicine services are never covered or billable to insurance.
